2008 Porsche GT2

These are some of the first official spyshots of the in 2008 released Porsche GT2 based on the 997 model. Porsche says it’s going to be in the showrooms in 2008, but these spyshots show an almost ready GT2.

The GT2 engine will be a 500+ bhp car, it produce somewhere between 500 and 525 bhp what’s more than the current top model: the 480 bhp Turbo. The GT2 would also weigh 150 kg less than the Turbo, so will this be the new ultimate Porsche?
