Porsche Stallion by Hamann

With all the news on the Bullrun these days we should almost forget that the tuners are still out there and constantly working on new stuff. Next up is well known German tuner, Hamann. They’ve created a package based on the 911 997 Porsche Turbo. The newest creation is called the ‘Stallion’. This lets us suggest the best. First eye-catching detail are the doors that got changed into wing doors. Second thing, offcourse, is the engine that go reviewed. Hamann gave the 3.6 liter boxer-engine a few extra horses by adding two bigger turbochargers, a sports air filter, a RVS sport exhaust and a adapted motormanagement system. Total output is now 630 bhp together with 810 Nm. Nice figures, but it’s getting better.

The topspeed of the Stallion is now 224 mph (359 kmh) and the 0 - 62 mph (100 kmh) sprint is done in just 3.3 seconds. When you think that this power is just to much and that the distance to the fuel pump will get too short, you can always install the package on your 911 4S but then you don’t get the motormanagement part…
