Audi has released a statement today that it has delivered the first of 333 Audi R8 GT units. A Phantom Black Audi R8 GT was delivered to a customer in UK at the Audi Forum in Neckarsulm.
The 560hp R8 GT will be delivered to customers in 23 countries, primarily in Europe, the United States and Middle Eastern markets. The limited-edition is built in a production shop at the Neckarsulm site and was sold out worldwide just a few weeks after market launch.
For those of you that would like to get their hands on a lightweight R8, you have to wait until the Audi R8 GT Spyder is released by the German car maker.
