Barrett-Jackson Raises $109 Million in Annual Scottsdale Auction

Barrett-Jackson 2013 Original 1966 Batmobile Auctioned for $4,620,000

We recently informed you about the RM Auction record sales of $36.4 million at the single-day Arizona Biltmore sale. Well, Barrett-Jackson has also revealed their world record breaking sales of $109 million at the 42nd Annual Scottsdale Auction.

The success would be affiliated with highly auctioned cars such as the original 1966 Bat Mobile that auctioned for $4.62million and the 2014 Corvette Stingray that auctioned for $1.1million albeit the money went to charity, for a good cause. Other figures included a total attendance of 300,000 people, largest number of no reserve vehicles offered in one auction, largest number of cars sold at Barrett-Jackson and over $5million raised for charity.
