Ferrari’s latest Hypercar, La Ferrari, has been snapped by GTspirit lapping the legendary Nurburgring. This news comes just a couple of weeks after Porsche revealed that their hybrid drive-train 918 Spyder lapped the circuit in just 6 minutes and 57 seconds a new production car record. We expect the Ferrari to smash the 918’s time as it’s 6.3 L V12 linked to electric motors & KERS produces 950bhp compared to the 918’s 887hp. The Porsche also weighs 1640kgs considerably heavier than the 1255kg Ferrari. The third hypercar car of the year, the McLaren P1 is also expected to hit the same track in the near future and should give the Ferrari and Porsche a good fight! We can’t wait for the times to officially be released as the three cars times should not be very far from one another.

  1. Haha! I took those pics this morning whilst riding my MTB around the Ring. We have a little video of it coming out shortly. It's proper fast!

  2. Ferrar… WHO??? Ah, you´re talking ´bout the Make which produces so called "super Cars" for Boulevard-Heroes… hmpf… so, in fact there is no worry about the Track-Record. Even IF they come close to it or brake the Record, it´ll take just a few days and they´ll be blown away out of the Eifel-Forests!
